WHO IS RUNNING THE COMPETITION?
The promoter is Soudal (UK) Limited, Soudal House, Unit 1, Centurion Way, Centurion Park, Tamworth, B77 5PN.

PRIZE AVAILABLE
Soudal (UK) Ltd is giving you the opportunity to WIN £1000’s worth of store credit to spend at the participating store where the promotional product was purchased. There will be one prize draw, for entrants whom purchased a promotional cannister of 750ml Genius Gun Plasterboard Adhesive from Travis Perkins. The prize draw is for £1,000’s worth of store credit at the participating branch. The prize will not be substituted for cash.

The term ‘promotional product’ is defined by product equipped with the Switch To elasticated tag around the cannister, which will include a unique entry code for entering the prize draw.

HOW TO ENTER THE DRAW
10,000 promotional tags with a unique code have been produced and attached to cannisters of Genius Gun Plasterboard Adhesive Foam.

Visit our website www.soudal.eu/switchto and enter your details and your unique promotional code (found on the promotional tag of participating products) before 11:59pm on the 31st of March 2022. You may enter the competition multiple times providing that each entry is from a qualified purchase. One of the unique codes entered will win the prize.

Within one week of the deadline (11:59pm on the 31st March), the winning code from each prize draw will be picked at random.

WHO CAN ENTER?
Entry is only open to residents of the United Kingdom who are aged 18 years or above; this excludes

(a) Employees of stores participating in the promotion, employees or agencies staff working for the promoter or companies associated with the competition (suppliers of the prize or competition promotion materials).
(b) a spouse, partner, parent, guardian, child or sibling of a person referenced within the above paragraph.
(c) anyone who is in breach of the competition terms and conditions of this promotion. Soudal is responsible for determining the eligibility of entrants into the draw with absolute discretion.

WHERE?
The promotion will run in participating stores throughout the United Kingdom.

DO I NEED TO MAKE A PURCHASE?
Yes. During the promotion period, you will need to purchase a cannister of Genius Gun Plasterboard Adhesive equipped with a promotional ‘Switch To Plasterboard Adhesive Foam’ tag and retain your receipt as proof of purchase.
You must keep your receipt in order to qualify for the prize draw. Soudal may disqualify your entry if you are unable to provide proof of purchase, and you will then lose any right to receive the prize.

THE PRIZE DRAW
The draw will be held within one week of the deadline (11:59pm on the 31st March). The first valid entry to be picked at random will win the prize.
Additional reserve entries may be drawn in case the winning entry is later deemed invalid.
The winner will be contacted within one month of the deadline by phone and/or writing.
In the event that the winner cannot be contacted via the contact information provided, Soudal reserves the right to select the next reserve entry; this will occur one month following first contact.

THE WINNER
The winner must be available to take part in all publicity, photography and other marketing activities as required by Soudal UK. You allow Soudal UK to use your name and image in any advertising or promotional activity. You must be available for the presenting of the prize.

Soudal reserves the right to change the terms and conditions at its own discretion. This relates to the number of prize draws involved in the promotion. A minimum of one prize draw will take place within one week of the promotion deadline (11:59pm on the 31st March 2022).
