PRIZES AVAILABLE
Soudal (UK) Ltd is running a £40,000 cash giveaway, with a top prize of £20,000. There are multiple cash prizes available: 1x £20,000, 1x £10,000, 1x £5,000, 5x £1,000
A total of 8 cash prizes. Entrants are only eligible to win one cash prize. Maximum prize one individual can win is £20,000.
HOW TO ENTER THE DRAW
173,000 promotional single packs and 112,000 promotional triple packs have been manufactured and available to purchase from participating Soudal stockists. The promotional packaging features instructions to enter the prize draw and a QR code directing entrants to the Soudal competition website: www.soudalwin/cashgiveaway
Entrants must enter details and proof of purchase online before 11:59pm on the 1st April 2024.
Entrants may enter the competition multiple times providing that each entry is from a qualified purchase and proof of purchase accounts for the total number entries submitted by the individual. Each purchase of a promotional triple pack equates to 3 entries into the draw (1 cartridge = 1 entry). Each purchase of a promotional single pack equates to 1 entry into the draw. Promotional packs can be purchased in the same transaction and still qualify as individual entries.
8 individuals who enter the draw before the deadline will win a cash prize up to the value of £20,000.
Week commencing the Monday 8th April 2024, the winners will be drawn at random.
WHO CAN ENTER?
Entry is only open to residents of the United Kingdom (Excluding Northern Ireland) who are aged 18 years or above. The competition excludes (a) Employees of stores participating in the promotion, employees or agency staff working for the promoter or companies associated with the competition (e.g. Producers of the promotional packaging and other marketing materials).
(b) a spouse, partner, parent, guardian, child or sibling of a person referenced within the above paragraph.
(c) anyone who is in breach of the competition terms and conditions of this promotion. Soudal is responsible for determining the eligibility of entrants into the draw with absolute discretion.
WHERE?
The promotion will run in participating stores throughout the UK.
DO I NEED TO MAKE A PURCHASE?
Yes. During the promotion period, you will need to purchase a promotional single or triple pack of Fix ALL High Tack, Fix ALL Turbo or Fix ALL Crystal and retain your receipt as proof of purchase.
You must keep your receipt or a photograph of your receipt in order to qualify for the prize draw. Soudal may disqualify your entry if you are unable to provide proof of purchase, and you will then lose any right to receive the prize.
THE PRIZE DRAW
The draw will be held week commencing 8th April 2024. The first 8 valid entries to be drawn will win one of the prizes available.
Additional reserve entries may be drawn in case the winning entry is deemed invalid.
The winner should be contacted within one month of the deadline by phone and/or writing.
In the event that a winner cannot be contacted via the contact information provided, Soudal reserves the right to select the next reserve entry; this will occur one month following first contact.
THE WINNERS
The winners must be available to take part in all publicity, photography and other marketing activities as required by Soudal. You allow Soudal to use your name and image in any advertising or promotional activity. You must be available for the presenting of the prize in April/May 2024.
Soudal reserves the right to change the terms and conditions at its own discretion.
